questions from a newbie (sting)

After seeking quite a bit of advice i'm going to be getting a sting (probably 3.3). Will this come ready to fly, or will lines need attaching etc etc? If so, will it come with comprehensive/easy to follow instructions?

This might help...

Bar:

Steer it like the handlebars on a bike, sort of. The changing geometry of the bar and lines act to pull on the brake in the direction of the turn.

Handles:

Individual input on brakes. More precise control, especially in turns

Edit: for your original question, yes they do come with basic instructions
