is that why you put the lat and lon right at the beginning of the movie???

seems a little counter intuitive?

that place is WAY east on the river. looks nice though. I should have suspected that when I saw the brown terrain all around.

I highly doubt that spot will ever have crowding issues simply because people would have to pass up jones, sandbar, rufus and roosevelt inorder to go there.

WOW you are quick?!:tumble:

and compared to all the locations you listed above, the swell and the riding doesn't even come close to comparing.

you just need to watch out for rattle snakes and bee hives.

:eekdrull:

counter intuitive, 20 yrs of kiting and I'm only intuitive, but my session count rounded 200 days since last november.

swell better then even the hatchery?

aren't you in seaside? I'm surprised you would leave the coast and head inland for swell. :puzzled:

not much wind. the core group has been spreading it's wings during the fog.

Head High Swell man, amazing! nearly 40 on the wind meter.

I think I might want a kite boat.

wow that sounds nice!

yeah we've been socked in up here for the last week as well. first the heat wave killed it. then we got 1 week of good wind and now the cold air is killin it.

I did manage to sneak in an 1 1/2 hour session on my lunch break yesterday though while a nice southerly front was pushing through

btw a kite boat would be sick! My neighbor has a hobie 16 with a broken mast that I keep dreaming about modding into a kite boat.

I'd like to do something like this with it:
