Cool vid. MBS just introduced their launch bungie cords for this purpose, but I've never actually seen it used before! Says the largest one can streatch over 100 feet and potentially get speeds up to 35 mph. A little crazy for me, but pretty cool for an ATB if you don't have a good hill or any wind.

Pretty sweet. I got a buddy who is buying one of the bungees so we can go river-boarding. Something like this might be worth trying though.

Hmmm, sounds tempting to use with my landboard since there hasn't been any wind in two weeks. Starting to get the shakes pretty bad from KGB withdrawal...

MBS Bungees

Ohh man, if I hit the lottery i will own a couple of these

I've got the dual banshee bungees. Looks like they've expanded instead of just marketing to skim boarders and river boarders. Actually I'm thinking I might sell mine. They defiantly are sweet, but you gotta have 3 guys when you go out. 3 to pull it back as far as it will go and one to ride. Riverboarding you could use it solo, but that's about it.

If you decide to sell yours just let me know what you would part with yours for and I'll see if my friend is interested.
