Spare Change?

I took this pic the other day as I got out of the bug and I had to laugh....as the previous week the same thing happened to Scudley.
Is this a comon occurence.:wow:

I have heard the expression " just throw money " but you must be GOOD !

Thats the only way I can afford to drive home after a day at the beach
