Rogallo NYT OBIT
Inventor of the NASA wing and modern Hang Glider - a modern Aeronautical Legend.
I'm now kicking myself a little because I heard he would usually appear each year at the Outer Banks Hang Glider comp and the Rogallo Kite Fest named
after him. Each were held last Spring this year and I just wasn't up to the six hour drive too soon again.
