Well, after the first run out with the SuperBug 2 at BLS a couple of weeks ago, bearing in mind the beach was as smooth as a billiard table, I felt the ride even with Eurotrax on was quite hard when hitting the ruts.

(note) I have been spoiled for the last 18 months or so, using the leading link, you forget just how good this system is, it just irons out everything, make a much smoother ride, and 100% less stress on the legs and body of the pilot.

Even on the smooth beach at BLS, it felt like I was running on wooden wheels, and before you say anything, I don't have my tyres that hard.....I must have turned into a wuss or something, as I was aching like mad the next day or two.

Well immediately on my return, I set to work on the new front end, I started with the yokes, oh how I would love to have a plasma or laser cutting machine, I hand cut these offset yokes with nothing more than a 4 1/2" cutting disc, that took a full day alone, then set to work on the rest of the forks.

After three days work I have finished the new front end, and I am so pleased with how these forks turned out.









Note the splash guard is only a temporary one made from lino, and it worked remarkably well
