Winter Wonderland Get Away
Talking to a couple resort owners about opening up for a weekend this winter on beautiful Fawcet Lake Alberta. here is a link http://www.anchorinnresort.ca/. Depending on how many would show cost would reflect. We would have the lake basically to ourselves. Well worth the
trip and a great weekend with good friends.
What do you think?
Let me know.

I assume, given the forum this is on, that there'd be plenty of kite flying room? Does the lake freeze over?

More details please. Like, where would we fly into, for those of us living on the east coast... I dont see a lake on the map when I do a search for
Fawcett Lake. Is it near the city of Fawcett? Looks like its in the middle of nowhere, but how is the snowkiting out there? Thanks.

Yes it freezes over and the lake is about 10 miles long, you could fly into Edmonton Alberta.
Will find a god map and post.
