WANTED:used 8-10 metre Cruising depower kite (Access, Rookie, Apex, etc)
As the title says, I'm in the market for a used 8-10 metre cruising depower. My small 6m isn't going to cut it alone this winter.
I don't want anything lifty as I just want something to cruise around with.

I could sell you a 10m HQ Apex II for $650. I used it once at Wildwood. It's in perfect condition, just barely sandy. I'm moving to Ozone Frenzies.

No worries.  Definitely can't go that low for the NEO, i'm looking
for $650. Only reason i'm looking to sell, is so I can upgrade to the NEO II when it's released. Good luck with your search.
