Ok, so i'm the new owner of Tridudes 15m phanny and i can't
decide which bar to get.:puzzled: i looked at the PL bars and a few others, but as this is my first i dont know what features I'm looking for in a bar. so i wanna know what bars you guys are using on your arcs and why you like it over others. I dont wanna have to mod anything, if possible i'd like one ready to go...:singing::singing::singing:

Go for the Navigator :D or a Zero7 ... I use the Zero7 on my 15m Phanny and it's good. I prefer the safety hat system to the Zero4 ...

i probably am gonna wait for the Navigator, but i was wondering if i really got to spend that PL $$$$. i'm not trying to go on the cheap. i want good bar, just wondering what options there are... anybody use the PL Twinskin bar or is that another name for the zero7?

Yeah, check the thread titled something like "55/60cm bar wanted" ... there's a link to the Airush site for 4 line bars that are cheap.

yeah i checked that out, but they are out of the longer bars. also by the time you adjust the price for the larger bar its almost PL $$

When I first started, a few of my purchases were strictly for the bars. Pick up a junker LEI with a bar, turn the kite into curtains and fly the Phanny with the liberated bar. I got a nice airush bar & line set back in the day for under $100 to my door.

60cm bar for 15m phantom, then fly it like your mad at it!............aj

I've been flying my 15 Phanny on a 55cm bar and thought it was fine but like I wanted to turn it harder sometimes. I got a 60 cm zero7 bar with my Synergy and it will be for the phanny, synergy and venom 19. You can really take any bar and adjust it to work with an arc. My first bar was all wrong for an arc and I adjusted every element of it to get it right for an arc. Tridude talked me through the parts I wasn't sure about but in the end, it was just fine. I could be persuaded to part with that bar since it is somewhat unneeded now. It is a north bar with the iron heart safety. I have another just like it that I'll use on the venom 13. Now that I think about it, Angus and I flew his 18m Phanny at St. Augustine last summer on my 55cm bar in very light winds and it worked fine too.
