Kiteboarding in NZ

Here's some clips for you from an old DVD I rescued ... none of me of course, but a buddy of mine is in these :D
Filmed in New Zealand, around my home town of Christchurch and down south in Wanaka. You might recognize the beach from the Peter Lynn DVD ... I think :lol:

Yes it goes on for MILES ... you could probably ride 25km from one end to the river, and it's all open like that in the vid. That and the good winds there are the only reason I'd consider going back to NZ to live :lol:

I used to live a half hours walk from Waimairi beach ... north of that, there's no houses near the beach so it's like a wasteland - you'll never see anyone out there :wee:
