Well me n Trancein1 meet up at the Ned Brown Woods every now and then, atleast when its windy.

The place is half a mile east of Woodfield Mall, on golf road. Hit me up if you're ever interested in meeting up.

hey, joeblinky invertedforce and I are planning a trip up to chicago sometime this friday/weekend. If theres any wind we should meet up for some landboarding. Any good fields we should know about?

Like i said hit me up, according to Chicagokitejump most of the beaches have cops that give you a hard time. I usually do this stuff in the suburbs, but i dont have an atb yet.

Well, you can try our atbs when we get there. It'd be awesome to meet up!

i just bought a used landboard and it arrived today, so i'm also interested in meeting up.

i've been going to montrose beach, haven't had any problems with cops, not very busy since its been cold.

also there are soccer fields near by, but on the weekends the fields are packed

Hey I also like Ned Brown woods because they have huge open patch away from trees, I like the area by the air field. what about you guys?

I used to use a school football field in Bensenville, Behr Field i think? Then they put up a fence lol think they got sick of me kiting during their football practice.

Waiting til the weather gets a little warmer to go ATB at ned Brown. :wee:

Hi , today May 1 , 2010 Ned Brown woods , i was kitelandboarding with 15 -20 mph , really good !!
this location is perfect .
the only problem to go upwind , is a litle hard because the grass ... we need +13/15mph
i belive this location would be perfect for a big ft Buggy too because there are 2 fields together , and the second field is huge !
