A couple of firsts
Today was not a good day with the wind. I checked the forecast an hour before dark and the wind was only at 14 mph. I hadn't flown in 9 days so I
had to go. Somehow the wind died to about 12 Mph and I was able to launch my 16 scorp halft filled! (if you own a scorpion you know that's almost
impossible) . Well I had a bunch of good runs and I was able to ride upwind somehow.
It soon became dark but I needed a fix so I continued to fly in the dark. I've never done that before, but the light from the neighboring city allowed
me to keep going. I was only able to do a couple of small jumps when the wind gusted from 10-14 lol. I really wanted to learn board offs, but i
don't think that it'll happen in sub quality winds. So Instead i tried learning some kite loops. I tried it about five times, crashed the kite
twice, bailed once and almost landed two. I could almost get it, but couldn't quite recover with the added speed.
I don't know if i'm dumb, but i'm starting to feel ballsy enough to try some more difficult tricks. Still, it was awesome to just be able to be
outside flying again. Bring more wind!

I just recently noticed that when I first get out there, i'm a bit stand-offish until i've been flyin' awhile. Then as I start feeling comfortable
with the wind and know how the gusts feel I start to do those bigger jumps, and newer tricks :D. I'm stoked to see some vids man!!!
