"The Eye of Providence, or the all-seeing eye, is a symbol showing an eye often surrounded by rays of light or a glory and usually enclosed by a
triangle. It is sometimes interpreted as representing the eye of God watching over humankind."
"And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath
understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six."
In proximity, I would interpret the symbols as meaning "protection against evil/harm".... not necessarily a bad thing.
If it really bothers you, draw sunglasses on the Eye, and fill in the gaps and extend the arcs of the numbers to for a Celtic tribal symbol.
