The downside of cooler weather is that you can't actually see the T-shirts that says:

  • "The scream means I am having FUN!"
  • "It not a scream, I am just checking if there are other kite flyers in the area."
  • "My other car is.... Oh never mind, I sold it to buy more kites."

;)

Sam

I'm still working on that and it seems like no ones available. I guess that's what happens when I'm on winter break and all the grown ups are working:piggy: We're supposed to get wind this weekend and I'll see if I can get the arc guys to come out to the field.

Cool man. Jumping with an arc is so much easier on your body. They are more confidence inspiring.

Ya wondering that myself if I decide to get a synergy I'm not sure if a 12 or 15 would be better.

Way easier than FB. So much control. Good height and float down. I use my 16 in winds from 10-20 and my 13 from 17+. I can't get moving on the board unless I have about 12mph at least. I'm thinking about getting a 10m arc for those 25+ days.

If those high aspect arcs are anything like a C kite then static jumping is so easy. In 10 mph+ all I have to do is move the kite from 2 o'clock to 12, pull in the bar, and up you go! I haven't jumped as high as power yet, but soon enough! Looks like that Nemesis could be quite the beast as well.

That's the one! Love the grunt, but it can be a handful especially in these horrible inland winds. When you fly your 16 in 20mph, how high are the gusts?

Hahahaha that's so awesome! I loved that kite! I began on it, but you'll love an arc once you try it. That nemesis used to wip me around like that to. I'm not sure about the gusts while using 16scorp. And forgiven I can't remember who has that venom. I wish I still had it though. One day I'll get to fly with all you guys.

Yes, pretty cool how these kites bounce from home to home.
I like to recycle but don't expect me to hug a tree :D
