I have heard this rumor also. I would love it if they did make such a kite.

One wonders what PL could really add to the pretty crowded depower open foil market.

Kind of how I feel everytime I see yet another LEI company. I think they'd do well at depowerable open celled foils. They'd probably do really well
at making inflatables too.

I like my arcs - and PL has the market cornered on those!
But you have some established high-end Depowers (Ozone), mid (HQ) and low (Pansh) pretty well covered. Cynically, I could see the need to provide PL
dealers with another alternative for customers. If it is good quality at a decent price, then I could see a niche there - as long as they address QC
issues.

quit teasing ... that is my type of kite. I will have a quiver for sure if they come out. I just hope they don't have that darn cleat trimmer strap. I
love the strap on my apex II. I'm sure PL has something better than both

I would like Peter Lynn to take a stab at the low wind depower market . The company has always been visionary and I think a depower C-quad type of
kite could somehow do the job ?
I love the way the C-quad feels when you play with the AOA and they fly very early ?

I'm wondering what the link is between Twister 2 depower, Gunnar and the man-chick
Perhaps PL looked at the limited success of the PowerBlast and decided it wasn't worth it? Great bloody kite though!
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

Kind of seems like Peter Lynn is one of the few who doesn't really seem to have any major supply chain issues at the moment- might be a good time to
take advantage of that.
Aim low. Reach your goals, and avoid disappointment.

Isn't the Rev' Power Blast kind of a fixed set-up ? Another good example though with that huge range of attack. . A depower Blast ????????

Bladerunner -
re the Cquads, I was thinking what did you eman by a Depower C-quad? They totally depower on handles, much like my Rev Supersonic. Not much like
fixed bridle (where you are just working a trailing edge flap) at all.

Yeah you're right krumly and BR ... don't think they'd work on a bar cos you gotta pull the whole handle and tweak the brake line (just a bit) to get
it to turn, and the balance between being powered and not, is pretty fine ... you'd have to be pulling in the bar to get it powered at all - might be
less tiring than it is though
They fly in sweet FA wind though ... never ceases to impress me :D
