I was wondering the same thing. I never thought of typing in 'Kiteboarding in a thong' before. I see now why I haven't.

I sent the links to my wife however. If she shows up with thongs for me to wear, I just might get her into kiting.

In the same vein, I'm sad to see an old fave gone from YouTube - the Dirtsurfing Elvis ("Shelvis"). It had this German guy zipping down Euro-roadways in full, sparkly Vegas Elvis getup to the tune of "A little less conversation, a little more action ...!"

Elvis, thongs, extreme ironing, couch kite buggys....those Europeans seem to add extra absurdity to extreme sports! (actually, not a bad way to add extra publicity to the sport!)

All I could think of when I saw the second video on the skateboard was that this guy is a reincarnation of one of the Village People. YMCA baby;-). He should hook up with the Coreylama. Let's go sailors
