3.3m sting for landboarding?

I've just ordered a 3.3m flexifoil sting. I already have a kiteboard, will this kite be suitable? Thanks

Any kite will work in the right conditions. I have spent a lot of time boarding with my 2.5 JOJO ET. I weigh 145#s and have used that with my board and skis in winds from 15 - 30mph. Your 3.3 will have a similar useable range depending upon your weight and winds.

it is a decent starter kite... you will no doubt want more in you have just picked up the sport. you will find what you really want through trial and error. flexi makes good kites...

your conditions are going to influence your decisions more than anything else, as will chosen activities

buggying... boarding.... surfing.... freestyle.... beach.... grass.... inland.... coastal... all these things determine what will be suitable

I've been power kiting for almost three years and I just bought a 3.3 Sting on this forum. It's also a great kite for skateboard kiting.

I got going on hard-pack dirt with the 3.5 in probably 15+ knots. There's video of it around somewhere ...

Jump in about 2 minutes to get past some of the crap :D

Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

Then you'd enjoy the Kitewing movie I took when the strap snapped and I spent what seems like 10 minutes looking back and forth between the car (miles away) and the small grassed area (somewhat closer) trying to decide if I could fix it without going back to the Kuza-wagon :lol:
