Visiting San Francisco 4/19-4/25 and would like to buggy on beach or wherever. Want to borrow or rent equipment. Have lots of experience and sufficient skill.

no buggies allowed on the beaches in SF. You might take a look at shoreline park. Nobody does rentals that I know of, but if you get connected with some locals before you go maybe they will have one you could borrow.
