Using a wakeboard to kitesurf?
What are your comments, complaints I am wanting to use my wakeboard to kitesurf what do you all think?
Buying some news kites every chance I get!

Make a plyboard if you can't afford a factory one.
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

sure its fine but novelty, freestyle /park stuff but daily rider it will get old.
if you have a nice flat spot or lake, its something to get going on for sure. some would say its a bit slippery to start on.
finnless strapless old school wakeskate has been fun in the tidal pools and wash, there's a thread with pics somewhere around. def can hold my
position and reasonable upwind lines are doable. fun for about 30min. then i'm over it.

It is do-able but the big difference between wakeboard and kiteboard is that kiteboards are far more efficient. Behind a boat or cable you do not need
to worry about the power so the fact they suck power is not a problem.
If you you use a wakebaord you need to be very powered with your kite and will also struggle to get upwind
kite surfing lessons

this wake board /wake skate , is fun, super light. easy up wind without any problems. i've ridden this thing about a mile or so off shore . holds
an edge well and carves out real nice. finnless/ strapless is different feel kinda surfy on top feels like kite board on edge.
