Props to Chris at HQ kites!

I would like to say thanks to Chris at HQ kites.

Some of you may have read my other thread where I was having issues with my Symphony beach. I sent Chris a U2U asking for the factory measurements so I could make a new bridle. Chris got back to me and had HQ send me a brand new kite for all the trouble I was having. Then he had them upgrade the size to a 1.7 as a bonus!

I didn't ask for a new kite and wasn't fishing for one in any way but he volunteered it and I wasn't about to say no. It is customer service like this that will make me lean toward the purchase of another HQ in the future.

Thank
Omni

Chris is a good one. He took care of a warranty issue for me today.

Thanks Chris!

You will always do well with HQ as a brand. Rock solid support and supply chain.
Good luck with your kiting!

I am sure that there are several good brands out there, but I've had good luck with my HQ stuff that I just picked up another.

Started looking for something small to pack into a suitcase and take on vacation this year. Came up with a Symphony Beach 1.3 (two of them, one for each of my daughters). While they are very sensitive due to their size, they are fun. I then also picked up a Symphony 2.2, which I really like as well. Now I've added a Beamer IV 5m to the fleet. So far, so good!

HQ is just a great product/company to go with.
The kite quality is right up but the price is not. so HQ products(dealers) are more abundant than the ozone/flexi/Flysurfer stuff.
PL is great too but not quite as easy to get.
