whales jumping by kiteboarders video in Cabarete
From the BC kiteboarding forum one guy posted a vid shot in March in Cabarete DR when humpback were migrating and jumping out past the kiteboarders -
one amazing jump at 1:15 in the vid with a kiteboarder closer

Wow... and that guy in the orange kite is a tard. Did he really not know the whales were there or did he want to get crushed? I'm in the mind of
