Power kiting at the obx
Just got back sunday from this years summer vacation and like every year we went to the outer banks. I got addicted to power kiting a year ago when I
purchased my Rush 200. I took my Hydra 350 I just got from Dakitez and my wifes
Beamer III 2m. You guys that get to fly on the beach are so lucky. The winds are sooo smooth I had so much fun flying and I flew the #@%$#! out of
those kites!
A couple days the winds were probally 15-20 mph and the Hydra was loving it. Im pretty sure I had the smoothest feet after that day, I could have
scudded forever.
I even got some sweet body drags in, man I ready for some kiteboarding!
and one more my son took with the Go Pro that I thought looked pretty cool
Hydra..... fun

Looks like you had a ton of fun. You are absolutely correct about beach winds - sometimes it feels smooth as butter. The photos look like Hatteras
Island, down around Buxton. Love that place!
