There's a whole group of guys in your general vicinity, the NJ Buggy Club, also some of the DC area group hail from southern PA, def. look up Don at
powerkiteplacedotcom, a great guy, just down in York, PA.

I am originally from there, well close to it. I don't know of any kiters, I am a newbie as well, but my dad flies model airplanes a lot and some of
the fields he uses would be pretty good for kites too. They are all places he has permission to fly so nothing to worry about that way. u2u if your
interested.
Oh and he is always interested in anything that flies. The model planes he flies are a lot of fun, I still do that too. I can almost guarantee you
if you want try one he will let you.
