I have been down this road on the wakeboard. If I may offer some free advise:
You are doing great...when trying to stay on the wake and "butter" in the foam stay on your heels and change your weight from your feet (left and
right) to stay on top.
I have gone down MANY times just like you in the vid and it is really important to keep the front edge up...you know this by now....
Also yo may try practicing going goofy foot off the wake for some practice....
Another really fun thing to practice is coming to the wake from the outside regular foot...hitting the butter (foam) and riding away switch back to
the outside....VERY FUN!!!! and looks cool!
Good Luck!!

Damned feet! I have to ride both ways then figure out how badly I'm going upwind before I'm sure which is my goofy side now
I'm the same though - stronger (or more confident) left forward on land, right on water ... although that may just be that going into the waves and
current is easier than coming in with it.
Find it easier to slide and turn one way than the other ... but can't remember which :D
