I just got my 3m today... Its pretty big. Compared to what I have been flying.

Im almost scared!!

First impression is very good. Everything looks well packaged, built well and I cant wait to get it up. Heading to the west shore of MI this weekend for some air time. Hopefully Ill be able to get some time on it prior.

I might have to stow the 5m hornet until I get good with this... Its larger than I envisioned.... I have the vision of a guy doing a face plant in a vid I saw on youtube....

lol - it can happen even with a 1.0 meter kite. Just make sure you use caution and common sense. make sure your area is safe and you have plenty of room and if you think the wind is too strong....do not launch.

Play it safe until you get very comfortable with the power. I always say...it is better to find out you don't have enough wind than to suddenly discover that you have too much.
