good article
for much of my early 20,s i drank allot of high powered coffee. by about 25 i realized i was a complete bear (substitute for other 4 letter words) to
deal with. headaches were a normal part of my life. then one day i completely quit and for about 10 years ive felt allot better and actually get stuff
done without spazing out by the end of the day. in those ten years ive probably had 10 headaches total . i still love the smell and even drink a good
cup from time to time and have a coke every month or so but i find my life is better without the dependency.
