A dingbat with a skimbat! ;)
Nice lot! I gotta blow the dust off the 5.5 wingbat and find a lot like that. What are you rolling on? Hockey skates? Wheels look small 76-80mm?
I might try the 100mm Bont speedskates for stability, but will lose the agility. I started ice sailing on hockey skates and it would all fall apart at around 25-30mph. Switched to 21" blade Nordic skates and smooth sailing.

Hockey skates  wheels started off at 72/80mm but get nuked in the hot summer, fat arse and high speeds :D they end up little more than hubs. Reminds me, I gotta buy some more - at $10 each :o might have to check out eBay ...!
I personally would want more ankle support but that's me ...
We used to play indoor hockey at a full size rink in NZ with the special coating on the floor - damned fast, as hard as you pump you just GO! but when the wind picks up, the Kitewing just nails ... scares the buhjezus out of me

Looking forward to getting out with the Coyotes eh :)

Jaymz, the photo is haunting for for a former NYC skater. Even the chick next to you looks familiar. I could almost pick out the corner...

Yea, gotta try the coyotes on tarmac.....Slower, but should have good stability.
Angus, You only have a week to get airfare for the 2010 Big Apple Roll Aug. 6-8. Come join the fun and you just might find that corner....and the chick. ;)

way to go KK.

here's the guy i used for my inline speed stuff. all the way down for 80 for $3 ea.

http://www.nettracing.com/wheels.htm

explore 80 is decent wheel . eddy matzger got me on E's some time ago. he has this place now called the "the farm" east coast skate hill training spot, PENN i think. i think cali has the best hill training. 5 miles straight UP.

i like 84 /90, never jumped to 100/110

at one point he had deals like 1.50 ea and certainly worth a smokin' session in the wind!

nic pic NYC, BAR very cool

Way to go Kamikuza!!!
Have the same problem with my inlines on tarmac. Beyond a certain speed, they start shaking and woobling. Coyotes fixed the problem by sacrificing some speed (or is it my idea??? :puzzled:)
