Anyone know where I can buy this online from a store located in Canada or USA???
I have seen MANY places overseas, but would prefer to buy "local" :tumble:

thanks!!! there was another place in hatteras but they wanted 45.00 for shipping to canada  for a book...

Your best best might be to have someone pick it up from Kitty Hawk and ship it to you by USPS International Priority or .
Folks local to the Amazon Marketplace Sellers might also be viable.
