Now you've got me checking forcasts Bob:yes:. The Wildwood/Cape May bouy is showing 28mph from the west for today:wee::wee:. Lets hope it shifts around to the south/southeast/east for next week so we can all play with those race kites:smilegrin:. Looks good for us though Silvereagle. Tuesday afternoon says 22 from the south:wee::wee:

I'm chanting for either south or east myself. Having a cross shore wind gives us an upwind and downwind run where we can really stretch the legs on all the race kites that will be in attendance:wee:

Well I can only hope that everyone must be doing that one last run through their gear bags, checking all their kites, packing up to hit the road. The post have really slimmed down! In less than 48 hrs I will be in WW ready to hit the beach! Not many post from me except to let you know we are on our way. Lots to do in a little bit of time. Tomorrow is going to be one busy day!

Till then Brothers and Sisters!

It's almost time to get it on!
See all of you soon!

No kidding, packed the car and ready to rock! Time flies and I'll be on the road tomorrow at noon, no matter the weather because fun will happen in Wildwood.

You know, I really need to get one of those. When I first started buggying, I hoped people would ask me about "that thing hanging off the back of your car", but that's gotten sort of tiresome, especially when I'm in a hurry somewhere so now when someone asks if it's "one of them parachute airplane things" I usually take a deep breath for the long winded explanation followed by a "Yup"....

That's exactly why we made them, imagine going down the road while every vehicle passing stares at the buggies. On the flip side is my sponsors web address, bonus in advertising!

I want to clarify and say, I REALLY love to talk to folks about the sport but after doing it for awhile we all get a sense of who's interested to learn more (and I gladly teach) and who is just mesmerized by the different shiny "thing". You know the type:yes:.

Wildwood wind & direction looks good.

This a forecast I find pretty reliable especially when it shows stronger wind.

I will be bringing some leftover Spring Break Buggy Blast shirts to sell. This your chance to look like you are a experience Power Kite person and you been to Ivanpah without the airfare.

Got up early this am to smoke-roast a 10 lb. pork shoulder to make pulled pork for Sat.? maybe? The smell permeated the neighborhood all morning!:piggy: Just took it off, and it's fallin' apart done, and my, my, I smoked it in Kingsford-mesquite briquettes, with some soaked hard-maple branches, and without any seasoning is very, very tasty! Hope it meets the SOFKA boy's approval!
