Well it was worth the $20 if any thing for a cool coffee table converstaion starter.

I bought a new, but decommisioned HALO military ram air parachute, WITH NO CORDS. I tried to the best of my aeronautical skill to rig some lines, but no luck. The foil stalls and just sits there on the ground.

Can any one tell me....

A.) How to rig the lines to make it actually fly like a kite

B.) Would this thing actually be practacle for power kiting & or jumping?
