I'm planning a kite meetup next Saturday (Nov. 20th) at Zilker Park. The meetup will start around 11am. Chris Shultz from HQ Powerkites is going to be in town and bringing a bunch of demo kites with him. It would be great to meet other kiters in and around the Austin area. If the people are up for it, I would like to start this into a monthly gathering.... Let's pray for wind! Hope to see you there.

"Let's get together and fly! This months meetup will take place at Zilker park on Saturday November 20th at 11:00am. Exact location to be announced. There will be a Rep from HQ Powerkites on hand to show off their latest power kites. I will have a few kites with me as well. Bring your kites, landboard, buggy etc. Safety gear is required if you are going to landboard or buggy. If the wind is light or the weather is bad we will still meet at a location TBD. Kite safe! Spread the word."
