I'm looking for nice fields for kite skating in around the Washington area. I'm living in MD now, near the bay... work in DC, and boyfriend is in Charlottesville, VA.

I'd like to compile a list as so far I haven't only flow around the Washington Monument, and that was without skates, just flying.
