Booking your room using the code is the only way we are counted. While there may be ways for you to save a few dollars, you will not help the event.

The only way we are able to do this at the level we do is through deals that we make with vendors like the hotel. This allows us to bring in people from far away that we want to rub shoulders with, and gives the staff a place to meet.

P.S. You can now use it any time, it just will only apply to rooms from monday to sunday, but will show the hotel that our people come to their hotel.

Just tried to reserve the room and the agent said their codes are usually a 7 digit code. SC0311 came up as invalid. I see that people are getting registered for the event which I already did today, but wondering how to get the hotel code through their system.

Folks, please let us know if you ever have a problem with anything that has to do with the event.

The hotel is crucial to the success of our event. Using the Hotel Code is the only way they know we are there. Without it, we do not get counted. The more room nights we book the more credit we build up with the hotel, the lower the rates, the more rooms we get to block out for us.

Please help the event by using the code and please let us know if you ever have a problem.

They recognize that code but it doesn't seem to be set up. She could not book my room on the code and there is just a memo to contact my group leader. Makes it sound like we are going to a Trekkie convention but we are who we are! Daddyo dean is indeed listed as our group leader.

It's all worked out. I have reservations booked under the code.

I'm really not sure what the problem is, you can use skype if you can't afford the international call, but if it's sorted, no worries.

$23 for every night except Saturday which is $47. My 4 nights are like $129.

It was 29 down to 23! Not sure on weekend normal price!

Yes, you have to do your reservation over the phone and the "0" is a zero in the group code.

Did it work? Were you successful?

As far as i can tell by the posts and the two people that i have helped, the code works fine.

deanjordan at gmail dot com gets me quick and i'm here to help, but i have to know. I try to check here everyday but don't always manage to.

I got the rate of $23 on April the 1st and $47 for Saturday the 2nd. I'd check back with them to see if they can correct it for you. That rate applied when I registered me and when I did Popeye's registration.

So, what a crazy couple of days.

The Hotel is now managed crazily because it is owned by 94 banks and the res desk is in Reno!

Be that as it may, the rates are locked at $23 per day, except Saturday which is $47.

If for any reason, you get the run around, let me know.

If you already booked, call them back, and ask them to take a look at it and make sure it reflects the rate i just quoted.

Those are technically single rates, so keep that in mind.

We have great rates this year, so please book now and book early in case i need to add more rooms! It's really hard to add them at the last minute.
