I have the exact kite in the pic. Mine is standard fabric 17m with the 1.5 mod. Let me know if you want to try it out, I usually have it with me

That's a regular Speed 1 - LiquidDuloid was selling (sold?) a S1 SA and it was ahem silver. Or at least, white 
If you spelunk through the FS webpage, you should get a manual for it there ... which'll give the date of about 2006 IIRC
