And where is this video?
From way back, it was video of a very high aspect ratio paraglider. Looked like a ribbon in the air. Probably posted in the last year. I've tried
searching, but no luck. The end of the video had him landing, I believe the maker of the wing.

That's a super high A/R and I agree with Sam, can no way be any where near stable in all but optimal conditions.
