Hey guys can anybody help me out with a ride from the Vegas airport to the dry lake bed? I'm flying in on Monday the 28th.

With NABX, WWBB, JIBE, a wedding and Honeymoon and many many plane tickets coming up I'm definatly tapped out for cash. Being a public school teacher doesn't make you rich! I can't afford to rent a car on my own, but if somebody were renting one that day, or were driving through, I could definatly throw in like 40$ for gas. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I can give you some PL and Trampa stickers on top of gas money haha.

If you are really stuck we can help out! We have a hire car but might be busy on the monday, BUT do need to nip to vegas to get some stuff,

So call us ure back up plan if all else fails!

What time do you arrive?

Im not sure on the time yet, but it'll most likely be later on in the day. Ticket is being booked on Monday, so I'll know then for sure. I'm trying to make it out as early as possible for the pre event

Toolman Tim is doing his LV Vacation before the event so he should be leaving the strip on MON.

Coolbreeze is driving through LV from BC and could swing by the LAS on the way in.

TMDC96 and Bladerunner are coming by plane too, dunno their dates.

If I break my PR before breakfast of the 28th, Ruudje and I will come get you at LAS.

While it's true that NABX proper starts on the 29th, most of us will be traveling from the pre-event towards Ivanpah on the 28th.

Let the board here know, and in fact, it might be wise to start a thread called: " RIDES NEEDED 2011" and then post the time you are coming in and going out.

It shouldn't be much of a problem and the event is often shuffling back and forth to the airport and if your times match we will be of course delighted to pick you up.
