As folks have mentioned the best money is on used kites from a reputable company. Fly that thing to get a feel for the wind window, turning and
looping while you save up and hunt for a REAL power kite !

Why aren't these friends with 16m kites you talk about helping you avoid these bad choices? Don't they have used gear?
