I am going to be staying on long beach the 9-23rd....yes as in wed. lol i am so excited for warm weather!!@!@@!@!@@@@@@@

i will have some responsibilities especially from the 9th-13th but if anyone is in the area and wants to fly and/or knows a good place i can rent equipment would be awesome. if it doesn't cost too much i really really want to try it on the water but i am just going to be bringing my blade cause i can't afford to transport my equipment out there.

Can't wait to fly on a California beach though!!!

I've been wondering about LA beaches since I'm going to be in Irvine on an off for the next two months Feb 15-April 15 (I'm there right now).

What are the ins/outs of buggying on the beaches here? Legal issues? Permits? Is there any *WIND*?

Could go to Elmer's some weekend, although I don't have my gear here for this weekend. Anybody? I'd like to get some more practice in before NABX (may not be able to make it this year, though, because of above commitments). (I say "more" practice but I haven't been in the buggy since NABX 2010. And that, my first NABX, wasn't entirely pretty! I'm all healed up and ready for more, though.)
