Well, it was a windless day out on the lake today, unless you count the wind of countless motorized vehicles looking desperatly to get in the wet spots that abound on the lake bed.

The lake is officially closed, but that doesn't seem to keep people off, that's for sure. We rode the whole lake road around, and found out that the NW entrance has now been blocked off completly. There is now only one way into the lake and that's the main entrance.

Meanwhile, there is still standing water from the last round of rain that occured about two weeks ago.

It looks super smooth out there for sure, and we went out and had a walk around to check the surface. NICE!!!

Just thought i'd let you know, though it sure would have nice to have had a few runs back and forth. Oh well, aoxomoxoa later i hope!

Wouldn't it be nice if the BLM had a website indicating the status of the Lake bed so I knew not to drive 45minutes to check it out.
