Getting around at DBBB

Just trying to finalise our travel arrangements. Spence has kindly offered us a lift to the beach. Now wondering if anyone has room in their car to help us Aussies get around with the crowd dring the week and/or get back to Bush International on the Monday for a midday flight.

Looking forward to meeting everyone.

That's going to be a tough request to fill Kevin. Everyone I know already has their trucks filled with gear since we will be camping at the pre-event too.

How much gear do you have and which hotel are you staying at? I know you're reluctant to rent a car to get to and from the airport, but you should be able to do fine while driving on the island. Things are a bit slower paced there. Then if you happen to be staying at the Galvez their shuttle can get you to and/or from the airport and car rental place. Something to consider.

I'll put some feelers out in the meantime to see if anyone can help.

Thanks Dave.

We are booked in at the Sandpiper for a beachfront room. Made that booking months ago when we first started organising this trip. Thought that would be easier being on the beach. Didn't realise the event moved around the island.

We have a standard PL buggy, 3 kites & a couple of folding chairs for the event.

We have 4 suitcases & 2 carry ons as luggage in total.

That's true but they are a couple with only one (small) buggy. It shouldn't be too hard to find someone though. They don't have much daily gear.
