Wanted --Set of Flexifoil Pro Link Handles
I have 2 excellent shape Ozone handle sets, both with kite killers and strop that I'd love to trade for 1 excellent pair of Flexifoil ProLink handles
with kite killers or 2 sets of excellent shape standard flexi handles and kite killers.
I just hate the integrated strop...
I pay to ship mine to you, you pay to ship yours to me.

can't just cut the strope off and tie a knot behind the handles? gets rid of the made on strope and gives you a place to connect another one if you
wish
Its been awhile since I've seen a ozone handle so I may be way off in my thinking :puzzled:
The prolinks are very nice, but many have complained about how heavy they are ... but when stroped in that doesn't matter much

If you disconnect your lines and are good at puzzles, you can just take the strop off. I've done it before. One side is easy, the other has to go
over the end of the handle somehow. Been a few years. The handles will function without the strop. Those prolinks are some sweet handles. But they
are a pain to add or take off a strop with those screws. I like the loops or leaders for the strop best like HQ or PL.

Pro Links are awesome handles. They feel comfy and bombproof
I prefer flying unhooked when I use a fixed bridle kite, but I didn't have a problem with the screws the time I used a strop on them.

It's not that they don't work as intended, but with HQ or PL handles I can have a strop off or on in less than a minute. With the Prolinks (which I
other wise love for the reasons you state) I can't find a little flat bladed screwdriver that fast. I tend to keep a few strops and share them
between any kites I need them with including other peoples kites. That was handy at nabx last year when I borrowed the HQ Prodigy. 10 minutes and I
was back at the car getting my strop. Larks it on and away I went.

Hmm.. Some pig tails hanging out of the Pro Link 'strop chambers' would make things easier.

Good call. Might have to add that to mine. As others have said, they are nice, but pretty heavy.

Thanks for the offer Rich! I might take you up on that after I try to remove the strop and see if the leaders wont pull lout.
BB, didn't we try to undo them once at OOBE and found out that the leader might pull thru? I guess a knot would do,. I'll check them again. I wrote
the post after having a sh**ty day detangling and retangling a set of lines and Ozone handles the other day... I was just being a little bi*ch...

That's a great idea guys! I love my Pro Links and that would make them more versatile.
