Advise please on a repair
I noticed while flying my Blaze that a stitch has opened in the flame portion of the kite. Nothing bad just about 3-4" of loose thread. It is close
enough to the vent for me to reach in and sew it. Now the ? What gauge needle and thread should I use....?:singing:

The gauge of the needle will depend on the size of thread that you use. You have to be able to get the thread to pass through the needle eye.
I've used a good quality Dacron thread for my repairs for 20+ years. If possible start the repair stitch about 1 to 2 inches behind the open stitch.
