Stuff it, just go for the 21m !! Here's the vid: Supersize me
Seriously, Luke would be a good person to ask - he has the 15 and the 21 that I know of and probably a few that I don't. He's on the Flysurfer team
and is probably our best buggy freestyler down under.
I agonized over a light wind kite too - changed my mind several times in the process.
Contact Luke either through Vimeo or the XK site. I'm sure he'd be happy to share his knowledge of wind ranges/kite sizes etc.

21m seems like a lot of kite for a person 135lbs. If it were me, for land use I would still go the 15 and have the faster turning available.
Regarding the attachment points, I don't know for sure, so...I'll differ to people that do.
here is some more info on the choice for fls with the speed3, FAQ #10

Ugggh, I am still debating. 12 vs. 15 because the wind speeds they post seem to be for water, where you need more wind to get going. If I am only
using on land for snowkiting, buggying and ATB, I just wonder how that compares to the ranges?
Don't want to overlap the 9 Frenzy too much but also don't want to get something that will drag my 135 frame to Libia.

chuddy i know you can handle it if you start out in lower winds. trust me at wildwoon it'll take yuou no time to get cookin. its so easy to learn in
good winds. I just think if you are looking for a low wind engine might as well go with the 15 deluxe. as soon as youre over powered on it you can
switch to your 9m or 7m. the 15 is gonna cover a huge range

Well, I know most will be disappointed but I went with the 12m DLX. I appreciated all your feedback but when it came down to it and when I considered
my still very new flying skills, I just feel safer at this point. Plus, after speaking with a few different people and thinking about my lower weight
and inability to know what to do should I get lofted/airborne, I could not help but lean towards the smaller of the two.
Plus, I figure I have never tried one so I don't know the power potential and if I LOVE it and can manage it, we would want to get the 15 anyway for
my heavier soon-to-be hubby sometime down the road. When we get there and if I am ready for it at that time you can be sure I will DO IT UP
Again, much thanks and can I just say YOU GUYS ROCK!!!:bigok:

that's exciting! I am sure you'll like the 12, and you'll get some good low end with your frame. Let us know what you think when you got some hours
on it.

Kite at 12, hands in the middle of the bar, parachute impact roll, everybody goes home happy.
Can't wait to hear about your times on this sweet, sweet piece of kit.
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

I got the 12m Speed 3 Deluxe for use as a light wind buggy engine and later on for kite-boarding in a bit more wind. So far I have been well pleased
with my choice and has increased the amount of days I can get out for a run substantially.
A bit of Video of me and Jason playing in the buggies with the 12m Speed 3 (one Deluxe the other Standard) in 6 to 8 knots of onshore breeze

Well... I'm sure you will be stoked with your FS 12m S3 DLX. Amazing kite. I cannot wait to get one. Unfortunately, I have a few bills to pay before I
can afford it. Hoping it will be sooner rather than later.
On the flip side, as mentioned previously, when you get to wildwood, if you wanna take my 15m S3 Dlx for a spin, you are welcome to do so.

Thanks Ragden! I'm getting it Monday so I'm hoping to get some time to get acquainted before WW.
Looking forward to trying to ATB with it should we get some light LIGHT winds to start with. If mountainboards only had an edge it would be so much
easier
