Click the 'user control panel' link on the top right of the page
After that, click 'Edit Profile'
after that there's a box where you can fill in what you want in your 'signature'
then click 'Edit Profile' button at the bottom
DONE!

If I understand the question.
1) Click on "User Control Panel" - in the top right
2) Click on "Edit Profile" box - Second from the left across the top
3) Type information into "Signature:" box - Last under "Edit Profile - Optional:"
EDIT: No I don't type fast - 4) Add what bigben said about Clicking the "Edit Profile" button at the bottom of the page. Oops!

Everytime I try to update mine is says that my pic is too big and it wont let me change. The pic is the thing I have a problem. What is the best way
to resize the pic? my sig. is outdated by three kites.
