I'm gonna try this again. I wrote a thank you when i got back to gainesville, but the cyber gods at my house would not let me post, so here goes.

Thank you fellow buggiers and you wonderful texas people! Holy cow, i may not of made it for the week, but man o man that was some good fun, food, and flying!

I can't thank everyone enough for the welcome the hospitality, Chris coming in the middle of the night to retrieve us from the ferry, Dave and the gang cooking, the wind from blowing, the Jon boys for their help, the whole dang gang that makes up our wonderful community of kiters and wind people. YOU GUYS ROCK!

I'll never drive on a weds or a sunday during thanksgiving weekend, that's for sure, but even after surviving that disaster i made it, there, and home(to gainvesville, fl) only of course to have to leave again, but that's the kite-#@%$#!'s life these dazes.

The wind was solid, the rain didn't bother us, the food was amazing, the commradre the best, the beer cold, and the seafood amazing. If you haven't been to this event folks, you should try and make it some time because it is worth it for sure!

Glad you had a good time Dean. I hope everyone else did too. I know I did. Looking forward to going to the dessert in the spring and seeing everyone again.
