T-1....Thank God...and Thank you
Well after days of seeing your stories from guys who are already there....and getting more and more frustrated by the minute....finally today I leave
for the nights stay at the airport before flying out there tomorrow.
I have had so many sleepless nights over this trip I have lost count, and last night was no different, and tonight will be the same lol, its driving
me mad...seriously. But of course it will all be worth it ten fold when I get that playa under my wheels the anticipation is killing me.
So with everything done and packed now, car loaded, I would just like to thank a few people who have made this trip for me so much easier....
Sieger Cooper kites, has helped me out a lot for this trip,
Dean Jordan from my initial inquiries and for the tireless effort in bringing this altogether
Kent Kingston from Awindofchange, what would we do without him...tremendously helpful and a godsend to many international buggiers.
and finally....Beamer Bobby Muse, and I guessing I have spoken more to him over the past few months than I have my wife...he has helped me with all
the finer details, much more than you can imagine and I dont think I would even be making this trip without his great effort and time lots of time....
Beamer Bob...NABX 2011
I never thought I would be able to make this trip, especially with this world recession and losing two jobs recently...but now the time is here and I
am just sooooooooooo looking forward to meeting people I have only conversed with on PKF, and........playing on the best playground in the world,
can't wait its gonna be a blast Thank you thank you thank you

Popeye, I know I'm not the only one to be excited that you are going to be riding with us on the greatest playground in the world. I'm glad I was
able to go last year to get the lay of the land so I could help you visualize the details which would be ominous going in blind from across the globe.
NOW LET'S DO THIS THING! Fly safe and get some rest sometime! :bigok:

Popeye, I sure hope I can cross paths with you Wednesday night. I have to get back to a new job for the weekend and you know how that goes. Fly safe
and have fun.
BTW, I ran into FlyJump and NoCanDo right away at the fine dining establishment McDonald's. Markite, Ziggy others...
Although the progression of time zones is in your favor, that makes a very looong day so take care. Knock back a few and try to sleep. ;-)

I can't express how excited I am for you to finally get to this side of the pond and come ride with us. Try to get some sleep - force yourself if you
have to cuz you won't want to sleep once you get here!
I got your wheels all mounted up and waiting for you, buggy is still sitting in it's packaging waiting to be opened up. It'll be a small shame to get
that beautiful buggy all dirty from the Playa...but Bobby will have to worry bout that one. Get some pictures of it BEFORE you get your first 75mph
run in it cuz once it gets dirty it will just look like all the other buggies there. LOL
This is just so awesome! I know you will have the time of your life!

And trust me....there is an equally large list of us that regret we're NOT going to be able to meet you in person. I have a funny feeling you might
just make this an annual effort after this year though so I KNOW we'll meet.
Safe travels! Wish I were there......(still watching the airlines but.....)
