I am wondering if it is possible to attend the goings on as a spectator only. I have a day off and would like to see what all the commotion is about. Can my wife and I check out the activities going on for free or do we have to be a paying guest. As of now, I only have a couple of kites, no buggy, so I would not be racing. I am planning to buy a buggy, should I wait, will there be dealers there?
