Kite SUP

This weekend at the Hatteras Kite Expo we found ourselves lacking wind at times. I had always wanted to try riding an SUP with a kite after hearing stories about how this is a fun 'not enough wind to kiteboard' option. Here are some shots of Kite SUP being done with a Hydra 350. Pretty easy to ride. Getting upwind is going to take some practice.

Sounds like a lot more fun than paddling a SUP on flat water. Too bad you don't have a video, would have been fun to watch. Small foils are a blast in light winds. :)
