Finally got kites to fill in the size gaps

My two primary kites used to be my 2m and 5m Flows. I had situations where the 2m just wasn't getting me around and the conditions were just too gusty to get the 5m out. It's nice having something in the 3 and 4 range.

Picked up a Beamer and a Viper just to try out some different brands. Sure; I could have got 3m and 4m Flows; but I wanted some variety.

I had the Beamer and Viper out and they are very smooth flying kites. A real joy to fly.

If you have gaps in your kite range; at least pick up some low cost kites to fill it in. It's way nicer having a range of sizes to choose from. When your lacking a kite in a size; anything is better then nothing.

If your bored; Pansh essentially has a buy one; get one free thing going on. That Flux prototype kite is made out of some odd material. Feels slick like umbrella or rain jacket material. Kinda heavy too.

At some point; I became conscious of bridle complexity and minimalism. The Flows were my first kites and that is what I was used to bridle wise. The Skydog has a bit more bridle to it. Then I flew a 9m and 11m North; now that is a nice bridle setup.

Pansh kites... I may just have to unroll it and get some pics. Some pretty substantial bridle to it. Like 20 lines going to one connection point..

2m Blaze, fast and mean, 2m Flux, a bit more tame. They were given to me and I don't have much flight time with them yet.

The Beamer and Viper though; I can definitely recommend both those kites. Big Mike hooked me up on mine.
