AKA Kiting journal and NABX

I just got the mail and in it was the spring addition of AKA's Kiting. And inside is a two page full color spread of NABX with photos by Chris Schultz and Cameron Bowser. Hey is this the same Bowser from Shanana? Maybe your all to young for that question.
Ok so its a cool spread and we need to teach these guys to write as good as they fly becouse there is no write-up just pictures. Very cool just the same.
There is a great shot of Nahants own Paul in his Santa helmet. Looking good Paul.

Not too young to remember Bowser. :sniff:

I am pretty sure they have had write-ups in past years.... it all depends on who's there and who's feeling creative.

There are 5 write-ups on the Peter Lynn page:
http://peterlynn.com/nabx-2011-reflections/
http://peterlynn.com/nabx-report-getting-a-feel-for-the-play...
http://peterlynn.com/nabx-report-sooo-the-first-miles-of-rid...
http://peterlynn.com/nabx-2011-is-here/
http://peterlynn.com/nabx-2011-the-kitebuggy-record-chase-is...

Actually I was more impressed by the Peter Lynn article in the AKA Magazine about kite flight dynamics/theory.

ATB,
Sam

I tend to pick over a magazine like a wolf gnawing on kill. Juicy bits first, then go back over and work it too the marrow. In this case, the pics are definitely the juicy bits.
